At Monport Laser, we stand behind the precision and quality of our machinery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a comprehensive resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and high-resolution photos or videos of the laser machine to verify its current condition.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, our technicians will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide specific crating instructions for safe transport.
- 3.Secure Packaging & Shipping
Carefully pack the unit in its original industrial packaging to prevent transit damage and ship it back to our designated service center using the provided label.
- 4.Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival, our engineers will inspect the hardware for integrity; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
